I’m a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for helping people find balance with food and their bodies. My education at Bauman College in Santa Cruz, California laid the foundation for an evidence-based, whole-person approach to nutrition and weight management.
Over the years, I’ve created and led programs for nationally recognized weight loss and fitness resorts, including The Biggest Loser, Fitness Ridge, and most recently as Director of Nutrition at Movara Fitness Resort. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful food can be in restoring energy, vitality, and balance.
I believe that nutrition should be sustainable and enjoyable—we don’t have to give up the foods we love. When we learn how to fuel our bodies with balance, we unlock the ability to feel our best while still enjoying life. ❤︎

A successful health journey consists of community, accountability, motivation, stress management, delicious food, and evidence-based information.
We designed this program to help you break free from the beliefs that being healthy is hard, time-consuming, and that healthy food is boring and restrictive. It doesn’t have to be!
In this program, we’ll provide guidance and support to achieve weight loss and create a sustainable lifestyle. You’ll receive detailed instructions, including weekly menus, grocery lists, and delicious recipes with the correct balance of calories, as well as grams of macronutrients, to achieve weight loss. Because time is the number one inhibiting factor for many, we have created these menus to leverage our time in the kitchen with easy-to-follow meals. This helps alleviate the stress of what to eat!
The information we share is from the most recent research that shows balanced nutrient-dense food intake is the most effective way to achieve permanent and lasting fat and weight loss! We will provide you with the latest research, tools, and suggestions to get the maximum benefit from your chosen form of movement/exercise.
