About Melissa

I’m a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for helping people find balance with food and their bodies. My education at Bauman College in Santa Cruz, California laid the foundation for an evidence-based, whole-person approach to nutrition and weight management. Over the years, I’ve created and led programs for nationally recognized weight loss and fitness resorts, including The Biggest Loser, Fitness Ridge, and most recently as Director of Nutrition at Movara Fitness Resort. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful food can be in restoring energy, vitality, and balance.
